What Can I Return And When?

    • You receive a faulty or defective product
    • You receive a product that is different from what you ordered
    • You receive a short shipment   


What Products Can NOT Be Returned? 

    • Items that have been worn, washed or soiled
    • Electronic items, once the seal has been broken, cannot be returned unless the equipment is faulty example Lamps
    • Consumable products like food and beverages, bath and beauty or personal hygiene products.
    • No refund, exchange or return on discount/sale items or when discount codes are used in the order.


Conditions For Returning Products:

    • The products must be returned in the original condition they were received in, along with any bills, tags, labels etc.
    • Products must be in their original form and unsoiled
    • Brand packaging should be intact
    • Replacement of a product will be subject to the availability of the product on the website at that time


Return, Exchange & Refund Guidelines:

    • There will be no refunds, returns or exchanges for products on discount/sale or when discount codes are used in the order.
    • To return or exchange a product or report damage in transit, please email us at with your order Details like order number, date of transaction, delivery address, mode of payment, and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item with original packaging.
    • The email must be sent within 2 days of receipt of the product. Disputes registered after 2 days of delivery shall be entertained at the sole discretion of the seller of the product.
    • Given the handmade nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case-by-case basis, and we request you to get in touch with us within 24 hours for a prompt resolution.
    • No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address. No refund or exchange if there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
    • Refunds will be processed through NEFT within 10 working days.
